When we have a shipment to the FC members, an announcement will be made on a fan club site. if you do not receive the shipment, please contact us within the limit term of shipment arrival. limit term of shipment arrival be announce on a Fan club site by each timing of a shipment schedule.
The following possibility might cause your error.
■you are exclude from shipment
when you are not a target for the shipment you will not receive the shipment. and also It is not guaranteed that shipment to be arrive soon after joined the Fan club. the target person to each shipment will notice the detail by sent completion.
■ If your registered address is not a current address
the shipment will be sent to a member's registered residency address. If you have changed address information , please change to a current address from "editing membership information" on "MY PAGE" within the limit term of editing membership information.
■ If you do not receive shipment in an mail accident
As long as a shipment does not return to the fan club, We judge that it has being properly received . We will only know it founded by declaration of a customer. If so, please contact the fan club within a limit term of shipment arrival.
