Q. I don’t remember my membership number and/or password.

If you do not know your membership number:

Membership number is written on your membership card.
If you lose your membership card, or have any situation where you can't confirm your number, please enter your registered email address. That address will receive an email with your membership number.

If you forgot your password:
You can reissue your password by entering your membership number or registered email address. You will be reissued a new password in an email to your registered email address.
