FAQ

Q.I can not hear the videos (For mobile users only)

This explanation is for mobile (Android or iOS) users only.

If you have Flash Player installed:
 1. From the app menu select "Flash Player" and click on the setting screens to reset the settings for the browser.
 2. From the settings manager select "Local Storage"
 3. At the "Local Storage Menu" select "always allow"
 If you still can't hear videos after changing settings:

-How to install app
1. Install Adobe AIR


2. Install the ULIZA PLAYER app


3. After installing the above, access the page and play the video.
If that does not fix the issue, access the link below. After hitting the play button click [Send information]

After [Send Information] you will be taken to a contact form page that will display a ticket number. Please use that in reference when making a contact request.

-The below may be helpful in solving issues viewing videos.

1. Depending on the environment where you are accessing the videos you may not be able to view them. Please wait a few minutes, or view at a later time to see if that resolves the issue.

2. Refresh the page, or restart the browser or your device.

3. Correctly set the date and time for your device.

4. If you can't hear any sound, please check the volume settings on your device.

Please delete your browser's cache (temporary files).

*Regarding the procedure for deleting anything, please prepare the device to return to the original settings.
A problem may occur when performing any of the above methods depending on your device, so please make note that above are just suggestions, and we will not take responsiblity for any issues that may occur.

*You may have difficulties viewing videos depending on where the device is being operated or the condition of the device's compatibility.
