Q.I've lost the membership card. Is it possible to re-issue?

When you request for membership card re-issuing, we ask for a handling fee and shipping charge in advance.
Please note that re-issuing membership card will take approximately around 1month to 3months.

① handling fee: 1,000 JPY

After completing your payment, membership card will be reissued and sent to you.
(re-issuing membership card will take approximately around 1month to 3months. )

We sincerely advise you to file a stolen property report to the police.
