Q.Is it possible to change my address to residence of Japan from abroad?

＜When you are moving from abroad to Japan / Japan to abroad ＞

Exchanging your status between domestic and global cannot be done by HERESY member themselves on our system.
To exchange your resident country Domestic to Global・・・
Your membership will be re-registered as Global member.
To exchange your resident country Global to Domestic・・・
Your membership will be re-registered as Domestic member.

As your register address changes between Domestic and Global, the new membership number of your new status will be given. The new member`s card will be issued by following after former membership card expires. Processing fee of new membership card issue will be cost to the customers. You will keep your membership term left after exchange of your status.

Our services to Domestic and Global members are different. Please confirm our term and condition before you go for a re-registration procedure.

＜How to change your registration information＞
You need to make procedure and make a payment for processing fee. Please make a procedure to change resident country from “MOVING RESIDENT COUNTRY FORM”.
When you wish exchanging resident country, please make an inquiry to HERESY with below information.
・your membership number
・your name
・country you are moving to
・moving date you planned
・a period of your stay at country you moving to

When request has accepted, the details and URL information of registration procedure will be sent to you. To complete whole process would be take about a month.

＜caution＞
・You cannot exchange your resident country when your membership has expiration of less than three months, or a period of your stay at country you move to is less than three months at the point of your moving day.
・HERESY membership privilege bulletin「GARISH ROOM」, will be sent to the domestic members. When global member exchanged registration to domestic, bulletin is sent when whole process has done. When you change resident country, please confirm if you are a candidate to receive bulletin.
・when you purchased HERESY advance ticket from HERESY before you done changing resident country, those tickets you purchased are available to receive at the concert hall on concert day. In that case, we must be informed by customer.
・We take a customer has agreed to our term and condition by making procedure for exchanging your resident country.
