Guidelines for preventing infection of the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19), and a request for the cooperation of all visiting attendees

In hosting this concert event, we will observe and obey the guidelines set forth by government agencies and the host city, and all performers and staff members will ensure a thorough and complete thoroughness to creating a safe and secure environment for all involved.
When ordering tickets and arriving at the venue, we ask that you please verify and confirm the following guidelines.



In order to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases, any acts of moshing or stage diving are prohibited at this concert.
Although it is disappointing to place limits on the enjoyment of a concert performance, from the standpoint of protecting not only the participants and attendees, but the safety and security of family members and other concerned parties as well, we must reluctantly prohibit such activities.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.



• In order to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases, all tickets will be distributed via electronic tickets only.
* In order to prevent the improper resale of tickets, applicants are required to register the phone number of the [applicant] as well as the phone numbers of the [members of their party]. The electronic tickets will only be displayed on the smartphone registered devices.
* Please make certain to correctly input the telephone number of the smartphone device that will receive the electronic ticket. If the telephone number is incorrect, you will not be able to receive the electronic ticket.
* Please note that after purchasing your ticket, you will not be allowed to switch attendees.

• We ask that elderly persons and those with chronic diseases, who are at high risk of contracting severe cases of infectious diseases, to carefully consider the risks before making their purchases.

• In order to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases, we require that all applicants register their personal information when purchasing their tickets. In some cases, the personal information in our custody may be shared with government agencies in order to conduct contact tracing of transmissions. Therefore, if we are not allowed to take custody of said information at the time of purchase, in some cases, the customer may be refused entry.

• Tickets will be sold according to the guidelines, within an appropriate capacity, during the period beginning with the opening of sales, through the hosting of the concert event.
* If there are changes made to the government policies, in some cases the number of tickets available for sale may be changed to a range that fits within those policies.

• A space of a certain distance will be established to separate the stage area from the seating area.

• If a cluster of infections of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) were to occur at the concert event, customers’ purchasing information (address, name, contact information, etc.) may be provided to agencies related to public health centers, etc.



• In the case of reimbursements of ticket fees because of a postponement or cancellation of the concert event, or when a resale of tickets takes place, notification will be made via the official website, etc.

• Any resale or transfer of tickets is absolutely prohibited. Even if any issues or trouble were to occur between customers regarding the prohibited transfer of tickets, absolutely no reimbursements will be granted.



• Any person who corresponds to the following conditions will be denied entry, and will not be granted reimbursement.
- Any person who has received a positive test result for the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19), or has been instructed to quarantine at home by a physician.
- Any person who has a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or has continued to have a high fever.
- Any person who displays symptoms of fever, coughing, pain throughout their body, fatigue, etc., and/or displays symptoms that would cause suspicion of having been infected with a cold or the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19).
- Any person who may possibly cause unease among surrounding attendees by displaying symptoms of coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc.
- Any person who is temporarily suppressing the above-mentioned symptoms through the use of medicine, etc.
- Any person who has been subjected within the past 14 days to (border) entry restrictions by the government, or who has traveled to a country or region that requires a period of observation following entry into Japan, or who has had close contact with a resident of said country or region.
- Any person who has had close contact with any person who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19).
- Any person who lives with a family member, or who has a friend, or has a colleague from work or school, etc., who is currently infected with the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19).

• It has been shown that face masks (worn for the purpose of preventing the inhalation of saliva spray) made with non-woven fabric are more effective than masks made of cloth or urethane.
Therefore, in consideration of the safety and security of all attendees, we ask that you please cooperate by wearing a mask made of non-woven fabric, which is highly effective in preventing the inhalation of saliva spray, at all times when attending this event, regardless of whether it be upon entry, or while enjoying the concert, etc.
Please be aware that any customer found not wearing a non-woven fabric mask upon entry may be subject to questioning by a staff member.
* We ask that any customers who are wearing a mask made of cloth or urethane, or a handmade mask, to please switch to wearing a non-woven fabric mask upon entry and while enjoying the concert.
* We ask that any customers who suffer from skin irritations or allergies, etc., and cannot wear a non-woven fabric mask directly on their skin, to please cooperate by using a mask spacer or inner mask in combination with a non-woven fabric mask.
* Any customers wearing only a face shield or mouth shield or other device which does not cover the entire mouth will be denied entry.



• When entering the venue, we ask that each customer download one ticket each to their smartphone, and arrive at the entrance gate while displaying their electronic ticket.
From the standpoint of acquiring personal information in order to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases, any resale of tickets is prohibited, as well as any transfer of tickets among individuals.

• When standing in line, in order to achieve proper social distance, please stand in the designated areas, or follow the instructions for standing in line as provided by staff members.

• As the concert start time approaches, the entrance will become crowded, so we ask that you please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

• Upon entry, customers will have their temperatures checked using a non-contact thermometer. Any persons found to have a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to enter.

• Sanitizing alcohol disinfectants will be available at the entrances, and we ask that customers disinfect their hands and fingers before proceeding to their seats.
Sanitizing alcohol disinfectants will be available throughout the venue in addition to the entrances, so we ask that all customers please frequently wash and disinfect their hands.

• If you experience any ill health after entry, please immediately notify a staff member (you may be asked to vacate the venue depending on your symptoms).



• Smoking areas may be closed (or subject to capacity limits) in some cases.

• We ask that customers refrain from bringing celebratory flowers (to be delivered to the lobby or dressing rooms, etc.).

• We ask that customers refrain from chatting at the venue, etc.
Furthermore, loud conversations or cheering vocally is prohibited. We ask that such behavior be absolutely prohibited in order to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases.

• We ask that customers please refrain from arriving at the venue after drinking alcohol outside the venue. If any customers are witnessed engaging in acts which constitute a risk of transmitting infectious diseases, such as talking loudly, they may be asked to leave the venue.
In such cases, the ticket fees will not be reimbursed.

• Please make certain to absolutely follow all instructions given by the staff when inside the venue. Please be aware in advance that any failure to follow such instructions may result in the customer being asked to leave the venue.

• Any acts of waiting for performers to enter or depart are absolutely prohibited.

• Even after departing the venue, we ask that customers thoroughly commit to maintaining social distancing standards, and wear a non-woven fabric mask, even when waiting for friends at common-use spaces near the venue, or taking photos together, etc.

• After departing the venue, we ask that all customers cooperate with maintaining social distancing standards while returning home, and always wear a non-woven fabric mask when at nearby facilities, and when using public transportation.

• If any customer has confirmed that they have been infected following the concert event, we ask that you please contact the public health center in your jurisdiction, and then report to the contact center for this event.



• The personal information of the ticket purchaser and members of their party will, if someone is found to have been infected with the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19) within the venue, be provided to a public institution such as a public health center or relevant municipality, etc., in the event that said public institution demands that such information be disclosed.
Any such acquired personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the above-mentioned reason.



• With regard to the hosting of this concert event, we currently plan to conduct ticket sales according to the guidelines established by the government and municipalities, etc. However, please note in advance that such plans may be subject to change, postponement, or cancellation by order or demand of the government and municipalities, etc., in conjunction with the possible spread of the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19).

• Concert information (venue, starting time, seating capacity, etc.) and information regarding infectious disease control measures may be subject to change according to guidance provided by government offices. We ask that you please verify and confirm the latest information via the official website and website of the sponsoring host company for this concert event.


We ask all attendees to cooperate with the rules and observe good manners, and obey the infectious disease control measures, so that everyone can enjoy the concert.
Furthermore, each and every member of the band and staff would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to you for attending under these conditions.
