We, the GazettE official fan club “HERESY”, set the Privacy Policy as follows, and do activities based on it.
This “terms and conditions” is necessary to be confirmed by all who joins Fan Club.
- 1.About personal information
- In our privacy policy, “personal information” means private information given by personal information protection method. This is distinguishable information which is able to attribute a person by combining one or several personal information such as name, gender, birthdate, E-mail address, resident address, telephone number, credit card information, additional contacts and an information regards merchandise item purchase.

We do not use personal information that we received by your registration for any other purpose than the following.
- (1) Business operation regards registration and membership renewal.
- (2) Shipment of new entry privilege, newsletters, and other information.
- (3) Concert and event ticket reservation applications. Sending announcement of ticket confirmation message.
- (4) Application of merchandise order, shipment of goods. (include the duties of the company entrust)
- (5) Sending news from the fan club to those who wish for the e-mail magazine, mail delivery of artist activities, etc.
(when mail delivery is not necessary, this service can be cancelled.) - (6) Identify membership at a concert or an event venue.
- (7) Business operation for sent inquiry, sending announcement, contact and after services.
- 4.About giving personal information to the third party

It is not intended to provide personal information to any third party except below case occurred.
- (1) When we have permission of the customer regards providing personal information.
- (2) In order to collect information that stated clearly to customer, we disclose personal information to our businesses partner who is confidentiality contract with us. (company entrust: such as shipment company, credit card company)
- (3) When this is necessary to reply customer inquiry from our business partner.
- (4) When disclosing personal information in statistical data which is not distinguishable to others.
- (5) When it is necessary to disclose information in order to request by a law.
- (6) We disclose information for protection of human life, a body or the property without permission when it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
- 5.About suspending services regards inquiry, correction, deletion, of the personal information.
- Please contact to HERESY contact center when you need to suspend services regards inquiry, correction, deletion, of the personal information. When we can confirm that the request concerned depends on customer, to prevent a leak of the personal information of customer to a third party, within a rational period, we do disclosure of the personal information of the customer, a correction, deletion, suspension. Even after your membership expires, there is a case to receive a newsletter and information. Please contact HERESY contact center if you would like to stop receiving a notice or delete the personal information at the same time your membership expires.
- 6.About changing our privacy policy
- For this Privacy We may review and revise this Privacy Policy as appropriate. If so, then we put up this revised Privacy Policy as official. To keep and protect customer private information, our privacy policy might revise according to Japan law revised.
